Jet Li | $14 Million, Singapore

Li Lianjie, better known as Jet Li, is a well-known actor, producer, and martial artist. His debut film was in 1982 for Shaolin Temple. He also received credit for his roles in 1994’s Fist of Legend, 2002’s Hero, 1998’s Lethal Weapon 4, 2001’s Kiss of the Dragon, 2005’s Unleashed, 2001’s The One, and 2008’s The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

In 2009, Jet Li bought a bungalow in Bukit Timah, Singapore, for 20 million Singapore dollars – equivalent to 14 million USD. The property covers 22,723 sq. ft. Jet Li moved his family to Singapore so that he can give his children a life away from the paparazzi. Their house was also a one-time residence to one of football’s greatest players, David Beckham.
