Barbara Jean Morehead, better known as Barbara Eden, is an American singer and actress. During her teens, Barbara would sing for bands and used her earnings to help with her family’s personal loans. She found fame for her starring role of “Jeannie” in the sitcom I Dream of Jeannie. In 1955, Barbara Eden began her TV career on The Johnny Carson Show. She eventually appeared in other shows, including The West Point Story, Private Secretary, and Adventures in Paradise.

In the film, she has starred in movies like 1961’s Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, and 1962’s Five Weeks in a Balloon. In 2018, it was reported that Eden’s 47th-floor condo at Water Tower Place had been placed on the market for $2.6 million. The condo comes with two bedrooms, walk-in closets, a library, and a wet bar.
