Dolly Parton | $1.2 Million, Nashville

Dolly Rebecca Parton is an iconic country singer. As a child, she would listen with her siblings as their mother sang songs about the mountains and the stories they hold. The singer would often give credit to her mother and her mother’s family for the music they brought to her life. Parton is one of the most prestigious female country performers of all time, who has earned 10 Grammy Awards more than 40 nominations.

Dolly wrote about her childhood experiences in songs like Coat of Many Colors and In the Good Old Days (When Times Were Bad). Since then, her hard work has paid off. She was even inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1999.  In 2017, her former house was placed on the market for $1.2 million. The 4,795-square-feet home includes walk-in closets, a four-car garage, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
