He is the record holder who has been on camera for the longest time in the history of American television.

In 2019, Regis Philbin listed his 13,600-square-foot mansion on the market for $4.6 million. He first bought the property in 2008 for $7.2 million. The house features six bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a movie theatre, a billiards room, and a library. Within the 2.6-acre lot, there are other amenities such as a pool with a fountain and diving board, a guest house, and a tennis court.
