Warren Beatty | $7 Million, Beverly Hills
Henry Warren Beatty is an actor and filmmaker whose career spans over six decades. As a filmmaker, Beatty is known to be very committed to his craft. Something that is reflected in the work he has done. Beatty has also received credit for producing some of the most iconic films, including 1967’s Bonnie and Clyde, 1975’s Shampoo, and 1978’s Heaven Can Wait – Beatty also directed and starred in the last two films.
In 2012, Warren Beatty listed his Beverly Hills home on the market for $7 million. The 10,594-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a library, a gym, and a maid’s quarters. The property also includes a separate guesthouse, a pool, a spa, a lawn, and mature trees. The house was eventually purchased by a hotelier and the buyer spent $5 million to renovate it and transform it into a venue suitable for media tycoons.
