Alex Trebek | $1.4 Million, Lake Nacimiento

George Alexander Trebek is a TV personality and game show host. His first job was as a bellhop at a hotel where his father worked as a chef. In 1961, Trebek graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in philosophy. After graduating, Trebek went to work covering events and news for radio and TV. Trebek eventually became a host for game shows like Double Dare, Classic Concentrations, and Jeopardy!

In 2019, Trebek’s Ranchos del Lago property was listed in the market for $1.4 million. The 30-acre property comes with a 2,595-square-foot house. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spa, a covered patio, a dock, a private launch ramp, and a 1,500-square-foot metal shop – tools and equipment included. This house is located on the shore of Lake Naximanto. It was originally just Trebek’s opinion holiday house. The reason Trebek sold the house is not known whether it was because he was tested for pancreatic cancer.
