John Joseph Nicholson, popularly known as Jack Nicholson, is an actor whose career has spanned over six decades. He was born in Neptune, New Jersey, USA on April 22, 1937. He is an American actor, director, producer and screenwriter. Since then, he has received credit for portraying a variety of characters. The movies he has starred in include 1969’s Easy Rider, 1975’s One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, 1983’s Terms of Endearment, 1980’s The Shining, 1989’s Batman, and 2003’s Anger Management.

Nicholson currently resides in Mulholland, where he has purchased more than one property. This one, in particular, is a 0.53-acre plot he bought back in 1969. The house itself has 3,303-square-foot of living space. Among the lots he has purchased, Nicholson also has a vacant 0.97-acre property that was once a part of Marlon Brando’s estate. This was bought for $5 million back in 2005.
