He bought this place in 2019, and its three beds and two and a half bathrooms, sprawling on 4,343 square feet of living space and sitting on 1.43 acres of land is just enough for the couple. The house was built in 1953, so it’s still carrying its classic look, though with a touch of mid-century modern appearance. It comes with an open floor plan with built-in cabinets and floor-to-ceiling windows. Patrick and Brittany have spent $400,000 for the house’s renovation to give it their own designs.
