Ted Nugent | $1.4 Million, Texas

Theodore Anthony Nugent aka The Nuge, Uncle Ted, or Terrible Ted is a popular musician who gained credit for being the lead guitarist of the band The Amboy Dukes back in 1963. After the group disbanded, Nugent continued his career as a solo artist. Nugent had quite a unique singing voice and used this to his advantage. As a soloist, he collaborated with the likes of Derek St. Holmes, Brian Howe, and Meat Loaf.

From the late 80s to the early 90s, Nugent was part of the band Damn Yankees. Nugent has two marriages. In the 1970s, With his second wife Shemane Deziel, they managed to save up for a house – among other properties – in Waco, Texas. They purchased the home from Allen Samuels for $1.4 million. The house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an outdoor pool.
