Nicholas King Nolte, popularly known as Nick Nolte, is an actor and producer who has won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. He has also been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for the movie The Prince of Tides, which was released in 1991. The most recent film he has to his credit is 2019’s Angel Has Fallen, in which he starred alongside Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman.

In 2013, Nick Nolte placed his Malibu property on the market for $8.25 million, however, it was finally announced for $3.9 million in 2014, including one house only. The 6,000 sq. ft. home stands on a two-acre-plot and comes with gorgeous carved wood fireplaces. There’s also a master bedroom that can only be accessed via a dramatic staircase, a beautiful home office, and a two-bed guestroom.
