Nancy Patricia Pelosi | $5 Million, Napa Valley

Among the various influential figures of the Democratic Party, Nancy Pelosi is perhaps one of the most well-known. Hailing from California, she has served as a representative of the state since she was first elected in 1987. She is known for her generally liberal positions in American politics. Since 2003, she has led the Democratic Party at the House of Representatives and has served as speaker, becoming the only woman in U.S. history to do so.

Outside of her political career, Pelosi has amassed a great deal of fortune over the years, owning stock and real estate investments as her primary assets. One of these is the estate in Napa Valley owned by her and her husband, who manages their properties. In addition to being the home of the Pelosis, the estate is known for its vineyards, producing grapes which are sold as additional income.
