William Bradley Pitt, aka Brad Pitt, is an actor and producer who got the public’s attention when he portrayed a cowboy hitchhiker in 1991’s Thelma & Louise. He eventually received more significant roles, including starring roles in 1992’s A River Runs through It, 1994’s Legends of the Fall, and 1995’s 12 Monkeys. He has earned multiple awards, including an Academy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.

In 2008, Pitt and now-ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, purchased a castle and vineyard in France known as Chateau Miraval. This was also the venue for their wedding back in 2006. Located in a 1200-acre plot, the mansion comes with its own vineyard that produces Rosé wine— a well-acclaimed one at that. In 2016, the estate was reported to be for sale with a $60 million price.
