Jay Leno | $13.5 Million, Providence

Jay Leno just proveD how wealthy he is after buying a $13.5-million oceanfront mansion in Rhode Island. Although the 70-year-old TV personality has been known for being cautious of where he spends his money, this is one investment that he can’t refuse.

Aside from buying a stunning house, the crescent-shaped estate, also called Seafair, has a rich history. Built in the 1930s, it used to be called Terre Mare, designed by James Mackenzie Jr. for Verner Zevola Reed Jr, who became Chase Manhattan Bank’s vice president. The house in question is sitting on a nine-acre lot, boasting 15,851 square feet of living space. It has 12 beds and 12 full and three half baths. Of course, you can expect it to have the best of luxurious amenities, like a carriage house, walled garden, and tennis court. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, Leno and his wife, Mavis Leno, are surely enjoying this house.
