Catherine Deneuve | $5.5 Million, France

Catherine Fabienne Dorléac, popularly known as Catherine Deneuve, is an actress borne of actor parents. She debuted in 1957, when she was only 13 years old, for André Hunebelle’s Les Collégiennes. In 1998, she won a Volpi Cup for Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival, with credit to her performance in the film Place Vendôme. She’s also notable for her roles in 2002’s 8 Women, 2007’s Persepolis, 2010’s Potiche,  and 2017’s Bonne Pomme.

In 2014, it was reported that Deneuve’s Chateau de Primard was on sale for $5.5 million. The mansion is situated in a 44-acre plot and measures around 13,000 sq. ft. It has four floors and comes with eight bedrooms, guest suites, a library, a lounge boudoir, a sauna suite, and a screening room. This lovely home is also surrounded by lush greenery and a pool.
