Henry Winkler | $6.3 Million, Bel Air
Henry Franklin Winkler is an actor, comedian, director, and author. Winkler’s rise to fame is with credit to his appearance on the popular sitcom Happy Days. He portrayed the greaser Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli, a role that won him two Golden Globe Awards and three Emmy Award nominations. Winkler has also appeared in films like 1974’s The Lords of Flatbush, 1977’s Heroes, 1982’s Night Shift, 1996’s Scream, 1998’s The Waterboy, 2003’s Holes, and 2006’s Click.
Back in 1993, Winkler purchased his first Bel Air home. The house measures 9,000 sq. ft. and features four bedrooms. However, in 1998, Winkler and his wife sold this property for a whopping $6.3 million, stating that they want to live in a smaller home.
Admittedly, it is quite a good deal to them.
