Serena Williams | $2.775 Million, Florida

Serena Williams officially said goodbye to her Palm Beach Gardens home in Florida. The tennis champion has undoubtedly earned a good profit from the investment money spent buying this property after successfully selling it for $2.775 million. Although the Olympian didn’t manage to list it officially, she initially asked $2.995 million for it. According to Mansion Global, with the high demand for luxury homes for sale in South Florida, it is possible that Serena already had a buyer before it hit the market. With its amenities, it is not surprising at all.

Built in 2015, the new owner is undoubtedly a lucky one with its Georgian-inspired style two-story mansion. It has five beds, overlooking the canal within the gated Steeplechase community of Palm Beach Gardens. It has 5,600 square feet of living space, with marble floors and a well-amenitized main bedroom suite. It also comes with a huge garage that can fit three cars, a motor court, and a large covered terrace.
